Who are we?

We are a string orchestra based in Cirencester who like to enjoy ourselves! We also have a mascot - a dog called Rosie.

What do we play?

We play all sorts of things from Baroque to Bartok, with a bit of Led Zeppelin thrown in.

Where do we meet?

We rehearse every Wednesday evening from 8pm to around 9:45pm, at Watermoor Church Hall, Cirencester. Find out more here

Play for a Day - Saturday 6th October 2018

Members of the Eclectic String Band invite other string players to join them for a day, to explore and play a selection of music for strings, conducted by Ann Theil.

Venue: The Sawyer Hall, Christ Church, New Market Rd, Nailsworth, GL6 0DQ. 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Play for a Day is suitable for current or lapsed players, giving the opportunity to improve sight reading and to enjoy some great music in a friendly supportive atmosphere.

Fee £7.50 paid on the day.
